Earlier this year, we received an unexpected message from Jamey Stegmaier of Stonemaier Games. He asked if Tabletopping would like to take part in their annual charity auction, and we were happy to say yes.
Each year, Stonemaier Games invites a number of board game content creators to choose a charity that’s important to them. The publisher then organises an auction featuring special copies of their games, with the proceeds of each item going to the corresponding charity.
On top of that, Stonemaier Games matches every winning bid, effectively doubling the amount going to charity.
Our Chosen Charity: TEJO Vlaanderen
For this year’s auction, we chose TEJO Vlaanderen (Therapeuten voor Jongeren), a Belgian organisation that offers free, anonymous and accessible therapeutic support to young people aged 10 to 20.
Professional therapists volunteer their time to help young people who are struggling.
We believe it’s important that young people have somewhere to turn when things get difficult, regardless of their background or financial situation. With so many young people facing pressure, uncertainty or loneliness, having someone to talk to at the right moment can make a real difference.
The Auction: 14–16 October 2026
The Stonemaier Games 2026 Charity Auction takes place on BoardGameGeek from 14 to 16 October.
Several special Stonemaier Games items will be up for auction, supporting TEJO Vlaanderen and the other charities chosen by participating content creators.
You can find the auction here:

We hope the auction raises a nice amount for all the organisations involved. And regardless of the final amount, we’re glad we can use our little corner of the board gaming community to give TEJO Vlaanderen some extra attention.
